Airport Shuttle

Shuttles at check in -  run from 2pm onwards for airport pick up from both Domestic and International.
To request a pickup, please call 0800 222 052 or +64 9 275 7752 (international calling) WhatsApp: +6421966409, Once you have cleared immigration and customs and are in the arrivals hall of either International or Domestic.
Reception will advise the next available shuttle.
Please ensure you have advised reception that you are waiting.

International Shuttle Pick up: 
Is located at the OFF-SITE SHUTTLE TRANSFER zone, a short walk from the terminal.
Please follow the signs or ask airport staff for directions.

Domestic Shuttle Pick up: 
Is located outside JETSTAR CHECK IN GATES outside Doors 7, 8, 9 & 10.

Shuttle Drop Off - Morning shuttle drop off runs on the hour, every hour, from 3am. 
Shuttle drop off can be booked on your arrival to reception during check in.

Long Term Parking - Parking is included for the night(s) that you stay with us.
Long term parking is availble at $7 per vehicle per day.
This can be arranged on your arrival to reception during check in.
Long term parking included shuttles too and from both airport terminals.
